I agree... I made more this summer than this fall which is rare for mturk usually my summers are the worst time of year regarding mturk unless I get some spectacular qual during those months.

Right? This summer was easy breezy (beautiful CoverGirl?) and I expected a prolific autumn to get us through the winter slumpage. I guess it goes to reinforce the idea that the only thing you can really count on with mturk is change. Still making goals, but there are days when it is definitely more of a challenge and I've decided to take the turk day off in favor of doing my cleaning gigs.

My mom lied to me a lot when I was child (she was a drug addict and dealer) so I swore to never lie to my kids. It has been a lot harder than I ever expected. Trying to explain things to a 5 year old is much easier when you can paint it with a fairy tale.

I am very sorry that you had that experience growing up. I think it is wonderful that you took that and turned it into something wonderful for your kiddo. Children need honesty, and will respect you more for it. You're good people, Squatty!
