Watch when other people post their earnings, look at anything that makes them more than $5 on a batch and add that requester ID to HIT Monitor. That'll get you started, then just start adding stuff you generally like doing that isn't surveys. Just use HIT Finder or any scraper to find your surveys.

I'd recommend using HM+HF/HS. I would say choose HM or HF/HS so you're not throwing page requests in the trash.
