I think the best way to catch them when they are throttled as much as they are right now is to shut off all other pandas and logged-in searches, and set up an ordinary 1 second panda for zoltar.

I actually did switch to PANDA and have caught a bunch, didn't update yet cause I am stuck in a survey.
