Sort of. It's more like, when you are vaping more juice per hit(higher wattage) you NEED higher vg because if is too high in pg, it will be painful. Also, subohm tanks need a thicker(higer vg) liquid because a thinner liquid will flow too easily through the larger juice holes on subohm tanks. This can cause leaks. It really depends on how much power you are using, as to how much vg you want. Low power devices like ecigs, use up to 70%pg so that you can get a satisfying(cigarett-like) throat hit with less overall vapor production.

Yes, I just double check number of locations. Sometimes they try to trick me and have 3 or 4 locations for a dentist.
