Normally that will block you from doing hits for the alotted time of the hit. I.E Zoltars are 60 min iirc.

Check to see if you are in Pantha instead of Panda mode in the details. I had that issue and didn't realize I had a Pantha running. It made it so I wasn't catching any.

I checked that first, just got a new link for the cars and they're coming in now.

Unfortunately, when you return anything that's from Endor (the thingy Google uses for Zoltars and many more) you aren't able to complete any more until the timer on the one you returned is up. (It locks you out for that amount of time.) There is a script called "Is This On Endor" that you can search for here in the forum or via Google that will help you determine which hits those might be, to keep it from happening in the future.

No. The cap is per type. You can do 200 of each.
