my last overnight was only a $2 shift differential,
so for that specific job (walmart backroom inventory)
it really wasn't worth it
especially since I was constantly finding ways to improve the job
and eventually management started to consult with me on how to plan changes to the procedures
I felt that I was working beneath my pay
I was doing my work in a way that literally saved 8 hours (per 8 hour shift) by completely removing the need for 4 people to re-work the same material
They wanted the work (my production was more than 5 times my co-workers, with less effort exerted)
but were too lazy to implement my actions as being standard (saving energy, increasing efficiency)
and didn't want to come closer to paying my worth

I mean, come on, it's walmart, they step on you when you oppose them.
so I walked out one night

Yeah, I will be sitting at a desk from 11pm to 7am.
So I figured I should look into some decent batches to knock out.

This is why Zoltars are so subjective :/ Since people have been blocked from working on them, it's def a concern of mine.

I feel most would just put Aesthetic Essentials as the company, but after a lil clicking around scrolling down on the About Us page, I found the actual company name. So I do worry if they spot check and mine is different ... if I will get flagged.

I kept getting that yesterday and sent them a message but with the holiday who knows when they get it. I also restarted computer and could do one after that. I didn't try anymore because the pay is so little for the work, I didn't want to return anymore

that's a server side issue and nothing you can do about it. Have to wait for them to fix it.
