I am both sorry to hear this and glad to know that you caught it in a stage that can be treated with success. My wife put things off for far too long. Buy the time she gave into the symptoms it was 4c ovarian cancer. She did everything possible - surgery, treatment, etc. but it was too late. She fought for 2 years.

You will get through this !
So sorry to hear this. I have a pretty big family history of ovarian, uterine, cervical and breast so I am pretty anal about it. Last sept I was fine and just went for my routine check up. I can see how fast it can progress, esp with no symptoms at all. I feel pretty lucky honestly. I just lost my father in law in August to cancer but he was stage 4 and pretty much gave up. I don't have give up in me (possibly why I keep begging for babies).

I appreciate all the kind words, I kinda just slipped out. But now that it's out it's stage 2 uterine cancer, not a big deal really. They will just take all that crap out a little chemo and bam I'm good to go. See now you should all really give me those babies and get back to work.
Hugs! So glad it was caught early and it sounds like the treatment will take care of it. You take good care of YOU! (Sounds like you are, and have the best attitude).

My bff beat breast cancer last year (she had an aggressive form, but caught it at stage 0, but it was so fast she ended up with a mastectomy). She always had the attitude "I will be fine. This is something I have to go through, but I will do what I have to do and be fine."

I have no more babies to give you, or I'd donate one! Want to borrow a helpful 12 year old? lol.

That fact that you can do as many 5s in a day as you do without completely going insane shows you're a fighter   :glomp:

I'm glad they caught it early and I love your attitude about it. Cancer has taken so many of my family members and family friends including my mom and grandmother. My dad was just diagnosed with prostate cancer a few months ago. Wishing you the best with your treatment and you can have the toddler any time. Baby #2 still has a bit before she's here lol.

Had to post my sympathy to you. I am a stage 3c Ovarian cancer survivor, NED for 5 years, the reason for the Teal. Not many of us around and sorry for the loss of your wife. It is tough no matter what stage and no rhyme or reason as to who makes it longer.
Thanks, I typed wrong - It was a toss up between 3c and 4 for her. Glad you are doing good ! Wish I didn't know what NED meant but good for you. I ran out of cards I used to have from http://www.tealtoes.org/ maybe I'll get some more. I did wonder about your user name but did not want to ask.

Best of times from now on for all of us right.

Yes I take 12 year olds. I always need more farmhands.

Only out of desperation. Otherwise you would be leaving me in the dust :)
And you are busy thinking about your job and spending time with your daughter :)
