I think they used to email some of them but usually I saw them on their site. I don't remember because I haven't done sb in years.
I have an email alert setup at the slickdeals swagcode thread & always have thunderbird open (set to check my email account every 10 minutes). That's how I get em. There are other sites too where you can sign up for alerts, but I just use SD, cause I been using for years now.
Yeah, I make sure to at least get 1st bonus each day. I only make $50 a month there, but I pretty much rely on the SB apps, vids, and the daily 10SB for playing game.
