You can't directly import it, but you can open the console (F12) on any mturk page, paste this code in it https://gist.github.com/Kadauchi/52495cfe438f499c152d40f7268042f9, hit enter to run it and it will convert the block and include list of HS into a compatible import for HS-MTS.

They showed up late af on HF and I didn't get an alert on HM. I already had the panda running at the time.

You can actually accept HITs before they get shown on mturk if you have the panda running (this is why HF/HS/HM/OW miss crap). So if enough people were running the panda, it would almost never show (like zings)
