someone could email that mikhail requester and tell him he could set up a qual. he could set up a qual test that has automatic approval if someone passes. it could have more extensive instructions. then we can keep a requester with good hits. plus avoid rejections.

I didn't mention a qual set up but I did ask what the issue was. If he gets back to me I will mention setting up a qual. It just slipped my mind as I was writing him. I'll post if he responds.
