Are you using PandaCrazy? That's what the "Collecting" button does when you turn it on for specific HITS.

Panda crazy has a search function that allows you to use a requester's ID to search and accept any hits posted by them

Yes, there are scripts like that. No, I doubt any of them have been made public. I highly encourage you to learn to write your own scripts and make one for yourself! There's profit in making your own tools.
Honestly, I didn't get a good enough but I believe it was solid. I had a C-sats search going on & I just happened to notice it.

It means that you have a ham mode going on for that search. Basically it stopped searching for other types of hits and is going ham on that one that it caught.
