Chrome browser and the loading buttons seem to almost always be there, most likely since it's a very active thread and always updating.

Do you have a lot of tabs open? Mine gets like that if I have a lot of other pages loading/running.

We don't discuss the number of my tabs in my household Define "a lot". I closed a few and have 6 open now.

If chrome is eating up a significant portion of your computers memory, I'd say you probably have too much running and that is what's causing the lag.

Would be nice to not have 4+ people posting the same hit within a short amount of time. Getting the popup notification is so freaking annoying for the same hits over and over.

@serverguy is installing a add-on so @Kadauchi will be able to edit the code in suite for the prevention of double posts from suite.
