Sherlock is dark this season. And almost over. :(

Taboo premiere was promising. Hate that it is on FX though. So many commercials! Grr. Have to record and FF that one.

Hopefully, Victoria will be as good as the Crown.

Only two episodes left right? I will be sad when I delete the series recording reminder.

I believe so. It is crazy seeing how it ties into the original now. Really well done

I also found Mystery Science Theater 3000 on Netflix today. It has been one of the best things to re-watch while turking.

Taboo was kinda disappointing. Love Tom Hardy but it was slow.

Victoria was fabulous! Love Tom Hughes as Albert.

Binged watched Homeland finally. First few seasons were fabulous, but the last ones have been meh.

Currently catching up on The Americans. So good!

The Americans is criminally underrated. It's funny that a show about spies has probably the best written couple on tv, they deal with marriage issues way better than most dramas that are about that.

Matthew Rhys needs a bunch of awards. A British guy playing a Russian that pretends to be several different Americans is extremely impressive.

Oh and only 16 more days! :celebrate::celebrate::celebrate:

E:eek: LOL WRONG THREAD

But since I'm here I was wondering if anyone is watching American Gods? I can't decide if I like it or not. I read the book so long ago (2010!) I can't really remember much other than broad themes.

I'm all in on it based on the first two episodes. It's one of my favorite books. I'll read just about anything Gaiman puts out and I'm hopeful that if American Gods takes off then Sandman will follow.

I liked the second episode better than the first (lots better - anansi and road trip were highlights), but the tone still feels kinda all over the place to me. I think I'll keep with it for a while though :)

Anyone here watch "UnREAL?" I admit I mainly started watching it because Marti Noxon is co-creator and Executive Producer but it's fucking fantastic. The two lead actresses are so great and it's just a giant, crazy mess of awesomeness and terrible people. It's on Lifetime but I watch it on Hulu. Don't judge it by the network, it's quality stuff.

While waiting for Twin Peaks to start.....

I caught up with Genius. Story of Albert Einstein from university days on played by Geoffrey Rush/Johnny Flynn produced by Brian Grazer and Ron Howard who directed. Based on the book Einstein: His Life and Universe by Walter Isaacson. If you like science or historical pieces check it out as it is beautifully done.
