Go to your dashboard and click on the date you did the HIT. You'll get the list of HITs you did that day. If you have a TO script installed, it'll show a box next to the requester's name. Hover that and click the link in the pop up box that says "Report your experience".

my dutch is terrible

even though the directions in the hit preview are in english,
and the title is basically cognate,
you are required to answer a spoken question in dutch, with a written dutch answer.
