One time I was super sauced and listening to music on Youtube and somehow I ended up listening to Take Me Home, Country Roads. And it hit me like a pile of bricks, I was super emotional about how much I missed West Virginia and I thought the song captured it perfectly.

I've never even visited West Virginia.

I hope he's right, too. But it's too late anyway, because he said it won't drop median rent prices.
