F.Lux, but I don't use it nearly enough. Just after waking up when the bright screen is too harsh I turn it on. If you use it regularly it helps a lot if you're having difficulty sleeping after staring at a screen all day.

There is one other that works ok, I'll buy that more. I have severe allergies to many medications so I'm super limited in what I can take. For example, my only option for non-narcotic painkillers is acetaminophen. The one that causes liver damage, yay!
