Trying to work myself out of a rather serious depression. Didn't eat for four days; had something to eat just a bit ago. Am going to try and do a HIT; get back to work. A significant problem: my doctor is 65 miles away and last time I spoke with him, he did me no good.

If u dont mind me asking, what makes you depressed? Feel free to P.m. me if you don't feel like posting it on the forum. I frequently deal with depression as well and I know how hard it can be to get work done when so much is on your mind.
