they have steamfresh bags of rice where all you have to do is put it in the microwave upside down for 5 minutes. Its so simple a reddit user could do it.

But don't actually leave it in there unattended for 5 minutes, if your microwave is too strong it will burn and be disgusting.

Honestly, I've never tried microwaving rice so I might be completely incompetent at doing that.

At Trader Joe's I saw frozen rice that you can 'nuke' and just couldn't believe it.

Like the popover mix I just saw (buy mix, add eggs, butter, milk). So, um, the mix is just flour and salt??

And baking soda/powder. Adding the correct amount of that is one of the most difficult parts of baking.
