He will need to either manually reset the survey apparatus for you, or often they can generate a link that will reset the survey apparatus for you.

Even I have a hard time getting the link fast enough! (As far as I know, requestors don't get a link to their own HITs, so I have to go into my worker account to find it, which gives me about as much shot at getting it as you all have.)
