I have a touchscreen laptop and it occasionally comes in handy, but I wouldn't get it just because of turking necessarily. How much more are we talking here?

Depends how much more. I'd say probably not though, just get a good mouse.

I've had the same logitech mouse since World of Warcraft was released. It's held up, and I get sad about the idea of replacing it.

Using a touchscreen for turking is a little sad (I use a touchscreen laptop almost exclusively, with touchpad because babies/couch). Maybe about 5% of the time there are good uses for the touchscreen (zoltars, some types of bubbly surveys). Using a desktop/mouse or laptop/mouse would be better in almost every way
