It's a reletting fee and I guess if they do rent our apartment before the technical end of our lease we will get refunded for the rent. Except they expect to have several apartments open at that time. We can hope I guess.

Just found out there is a $600 fee to move out of our apartment early. That's on top of paying out the rest of the lease.

I posted one today, that adds a submit button. Then I just added for it mark "Both Mature". So most of the hits, I would just scroll, look and click submit. It does get a little slower, if there are family friendly shows, but those are rare.

It is really to add a feature to have radios pre-selected.
There are a few different ways to code it, but this is one:

$('input:radio[value="XXX"]').prop('checked', true);


just replace XXX with the value you want pre-selected.

I still can't figure out why I don't get a scroll bar in the frame on Sergeys in Chrome, even with all scripts and extensions turned off. They work fine in Firefox.
