For anyone having Amazon issues, you should call. Their system is funky. I had a glitch out yesterday that was caused by me placing an order at the exact moment that a refund was issued to my account. It freaked the Amazon system out and it charged me twice for an order, then applied the refund credit to the doubled order - thus the system ate my refund credit. So they are definitely having issues.
