Oh, that's too bad. I don't think I can assign quals to workers who haven't done work for me? But let me try... PM me your number? (if you haven't)

You can download a CSV under the manage workers page, add the worker ID and give them the qual, and then upload the updated CSV.

Yep! That's what I've been using, and it's been plenty. Almost no one scams the paraphrasing tasks, so it hasn't been enough of an issue to bother developing a more serious solution.

I start thinking, it can be if they add green dye or other weird things.
The answer is probably just "no" because it doesn't fall out of the sky green.
