Hello everyone, sorry I've been silent as of late. Been pretty sick (cold type) for a couple days. Gonna relax and do a few RnR's for something easy, won't get rich but not real clear headed right now.

Had the hiccups for almost an hour and now I am so over it. Give me tips. I've tried water. Holding my breath. Hanging upside down from my bed (don't ask). Going outside to get fresh air.

focus on breathing through your diaphragm, like you're relaxing it. also, drink a glass of water upside down from the opposite side of the glass or smth.

drink though a very small straw (the sucking thing is supposed to help, an old method has you drink through a cloth - also to produce the sucking - but I think a straw that you pinch is okay :)
