Lady Elaine. Now she's married and has a kid named Miss Elaina (my toddler is obsessed w/ Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood).

I've never heard of Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood. But I remember watching Mr. Rogers and also The electric company as a child.

Omg, my little one sings all the Daniel Tiger songs constantly. She watches it all the time. If I have to hear rest is best rest is best one more time, I might scream.

Every single morning it's "Tigey??". She actually asked to watch Word Girl yesterday afternoon so that was a nice change.

Coconut cake. I've never made it before, but it's one of CJ's favorites...and he likes the coconut toasted. It was totally white after 3 minutes, so I gave it one more minute and it was black
