I just prop myself up with a lot of pillows in strategic places and use a laptop desk. It's cheap but it works. I believe @kryssyy is the one who forced me to buy it.

I shift it around pretty regularly. It's lightweight and the legs fold under. I set it aside every hour or so to stretch or walk around.
