I almost did some super fat boy stuff this weekend but I actually, somehow, resisted. My local bar has a burger. Not a regular burger though. They use two grilled cheese sandwiches as the bun and add bacon.

that sounds great, but 99% of the time with those types of burgers the first two bites are like sex and the rest tastes like the 30 minutes of crying afterward

I had a doughnut burger once...it surprised me at how amazing it tasted. I don't regret the heart attack it gave me either.
