Play with your settings. I'm at my in laws house where we get 1.3 mbps on a computer with Windows XP.. I still caught about 50.

I have, makes little difference, maybe i'd have got 5 instead of 3 if I shut somethings off and really tried to optimize..so unless something else I'm not thinking of, it's gotta be something with servers and distance or something. I was at about that speed with a cell phone for months, switched to my local fiberoptics internet for 100 gb or whatever, thinking just with zs it would pay for itself, and made almost no difference whatever. Better for nextlix on 4 devices at once while i turk, but that's about it.

or they just hate me.
