So... They give an extremely hard qual question in order to weed out bad workers, according to their hit.

Except they aren't smart enough to realize that they REQUIRED the qual that the hit is supposed to grant.

Now, only people that passed before can work on the qual test....

I am pretty sure this is the second part of the qual HIT for the people that passed the first one last week.

yea, antibiotics is the way to go for ear infections. Normally you can get them to sleep and calm down even after the first dose takes effect. I have learned it the hard way with 2 of my kids

obligatory unless it's a viral cause comment - then antibiotics aren't useful at all.
