My baby is tired anywhere from 50-70mins after wake-up time... like clockwork. Then she only sleeps for 45mins :,/

I have a problem staying still for some reason. I am sure my constant movement and getting up and down isn't helping things

My doc told me moving around would help me heal as long as I didn't lift too much.... take it easy though <3 You deserve a rest for sure.
