Even with the script they are somewhat slow, unless I am. I did not even reach 100 of them and I started as soon as they showed up. The slowest parts are waiting for the site to load and getting the name.

I don't use the script and I can do about 2 per minute. I find myself overthinking them sometimes, though, and it slows me down. I have a tendency to try to figure out the specifics of what the site offers when you only need a generalization for these hits. Just do away with that ingrained turker brain training and it might speed you up.
