The 1 was about 30 minutes long, lovely, refreshing, and bracketed by mugs of coffee cake.

The .5 was started with high expectations, but was cruelly cut short by a poorly timed text. Groggy, disoriented, annoyed, I sought solace in another mug of cake and failed to achieve anything remotely related to "productivity" since.

Moral: If you're going to take a nap, commit to it! Make the choice to follow through. Take it from me: half a nap is worse than no nap at all.
