Credit Karma lets you file it for free. I did mine on there a couple weeks ago.

How did you enter Amazon in Credit Karma without a 1099? I tried to do it but it required me to put in Amazon's EIN and address and all that stuff I don't have.

I haven't used theirs, but look for something about business income, as it is in all programs.

I recommend http://www.unitedway.org/myfreetaxes/ H&RB much more than Credit Karma's tax program anyway, fyi, it's a much more 'mature'/complete program.

I've filed Sched C for 10+ years so I know how to do it (used to use H&R Block, hired CPA last 2 years). But the Credit Karma interface would not let me do what I needed to do without a physical 1099 because it errored out without the EIN. You didn't have this issue?

If you're entering into anything that looks like a 1099-MISC, you're in the wrong place.

Just give up on CK and go back to H&RB with United Way.

Nope. I didn't put any income for a 1099 in there because I do not have a 1099 from Amazon. I put my income under "gross receipts/sales".
