Well you get .50 as a bonus for part 1 and up to 7.50 for part 2. I think the way she worded it is confusing. Took a few minutes but without revealing survey content the bonus is very chancy.

I don't know. It's a Twitch thing and Twitch confuses/frightens me.

The mom in the game that isaac is hiding from is extremely religious and wants to kill him for a sacrifice or something if I remember correctly. Hence the biblethump.
