Maybe they programmed it into the hit to stop multi tabbing. Why not just work from queue ? Do they load slow ?

I'm doing 5s and not multi tabbing and having no errors. I don't multi tab as I have to spend at least 20 seconds on each and they load very fast, so it would save me no time.

Maybe it is the tabbing?
