Humm..I read that as ''landmines'', too. And briefly enjoyed the idea...and when I was growing up they told us that the Soviets were gonna drop an atomic bomb on us just any ol' time, so we'd better learn to crawl under a desk('cause that'd help). In the 3rd grade they finger printed all us kids, ya know, so they could identify us(as though atomics left anything)...be at peace, you have a desk--you're safe..and so's my ol landline sittin' right here, with me under the desk.
