Well, It's not an inheritance. I opened a used car business with my mom's husband and some scumbag and my myself. I was just the money.marketing/sales and tech guy. So, my job didn't require me to be there all the time. My mom's husband was 50% owner but, just trusted this guy to be up front. Nope. He took my name off the bank account even though I was treasurer. He had my mom's hubby taken off the bank account even though he was president/owner because he didn't want us to see the pre-cooked books. We made, myself and mom's hubby, $50,000 a piece the first year as profit. I put in $40k, lol. The second year, no money came in. We were operating at a loss! After suing him, in the discovery, we found out he had embezzled over 3 mil from the business. We just won on Jan 6th. Now I need a good business lawyer/collections attorney to track down his assets. He hid my money. We had a deal to settle out of court 2 years ago for 30k. He never held up his end so it went to trial. We won and now he wants to pay the 30k. I told him that deal fell apart a year ago. It'll take at least double now. But, I want a hungry new attorney to dig and find the $500k for me.

I will actually be liquidating them. I need to get out of the business for 6 months or so, while I get the recreational MMJ business up and running. I'll need the capitol trapped in those cars. I'll be selling them at such low prices that dealers will be buying them to double their money. I want it to be a fire sale and I don't want to haggle at all. If you can't handle 50% off, you can go pound sand. I will create a thread here and post them all and give you guys dibs/ friends/fam discount. I can deliver them as well. Looking at $100 per state to deliver. I'm in Maine. So, for instance, a delivery to Massachusetts would be $200. Or you can buy a plane ticket and fly up and drive home. They are all around 5-10 years old. They are lower end of the spectrum on used cars. Not beaters. VERY solid because I won't sell a car of that age with a million miles on it. I usually buy older peoples cars. 10 years old, 10k miles on it.

Actually, yes. It's fine. I have a licensed local attorney and you could be co-counsel with no legal issues. Is that really your field because I really am looking. The split I'm offering is more than generous as long as the case is taken on contingency. There won't be many fees involved for motions or anything since we've already won our default judgment and his 21 days to file to vacate a default judgment has elapsed.
