I just learned something. Ha Ha. If any parents or anyone for that matter gets a prong stuck in a piece of electronics here's how to get it out. Heat a needle until it glows red, used a lighter and pliers like jewelry pliers, stick it in the plastic of the prong and wait a bit for it to cool a little and pull needle and prong right out. I found a loose one on my TV and promptly broke it off while on the phone to the blank cable company third or fourth time today. I have Internet but not TV. Got for about an hour this afternoon and it's out again. I am angry and they know it. I found that loose prong that I think might have been part of the problem as it was the video prong so I fixed that and found other wires but I still can't get the blank cable to work.
