I disabled it before I started the survey because I know how it messes with some surveys so I dont think thats the problem

Its just broken I think. You guys have to wait 20 minutes to see the link to the survey. I see no streams but I see the survey link

A tech support person came into some of the streams and said to refresh the page to get the survey link at the top. I did that and got the survey and completed it and got a code. So if you're still looking for a survey link, refresh your page.
