I spent 2 hours today waiting to get a specific tire put on my car, at the tire place we always go to. After 2 hours they come up to me and say that they don't have the tire in stock (after they said they did when I arrived, for my scheduled appointment, for a tire I pre-ordered) and they can't work on my car today. Said it'd take 2 weeks for that "specially tire" to come in. A tire that they literally had up on a wall behind the counter with a big " in stock" sticker on it (it also says "In stock" on their website). They gave me a buttload of attitude and then ignored me.
Ugh...I tell my husband, he calls in furious, they bend over backwards for him and tell him they can overnight it.

Oh god no. I fucked up and had my electric bill going straight to spam on accident. I didn't pay it for 3 months cause I'm scatterbrained and we got a knock on the door. Had to cough up $300 on the spot to pay it so they don't shut it off. NEVER AGAIN. I get both paper and e-mail now. Scariest moment of my so far short adult life (i'm 22). Now My husband double checks every time a bill is paid and we have a full on LIST on the wall for it. LIFE LESSON LEARNED THE HARD WAY. DONT FORGET YOU HAVE TO PAY BILLS.

we get lots of angry yellow and red envelopes in the mail even though we have e-statements when we don't pay.

Not that we aren't on like a paying 4 times a year (when the red ones show up) schedule or anything :whistle:
