Do you mean when you click on it here? Or click on the survey link within the HIT?

ive had the same problem today. I click on the HIT in the mturk window, it redirects me to Qualtratics, then says in small font

When you open a survey and it's hosted on Qualtrics, check the URL and delete the portion where it says "&MID=(Your worker ID)". That usually fixes it.
