you can use an ancient method - dating back to high school. Grab a high school history book and read it when you can't sleep. It's sure to knock you out like the kids back in class.

I didn't know they didn't have Mac's chicken strips anymore. Clearly Canadian was awesome! I want to add that I miss Reece's Peanut Butter Cups from when I was a kid. The chocolate now isn't as good as it was then. I'm old....
