Yes, you wouldn't have been able to accept if you had the exclusion.

As long as it let you accept it it's fine, if you have the exc qual it'll tell you you're not qualified

I haven't tried yet today. thanks for telling us just in case. I've had issues before that were fixed by logging out and logging back in about 5 min later.
