Shortcut look fine to me. The only reason I can think of on why its not working is because its not being launched with that shortcut, or being launched while an instance of chrome is still alive.

Good idea. I'll look at that soon. I can't reboot at the moment, and will be leaving work shortly. If it's working on my home computer then I must have something wonky on my work computer. At least you've looked at it and it looks ok to you so I know I've added the flag correctly.
