It seems to be working fine for me in FF. Did you select "All the time" for Mode Detection Mechanism?

I'll look into it, but for the time being, you can turn them off in your preferences if they're too distracting.

If there isn't an option for extending the number of posts on a page already, then I'd definitely say that's a worthwhile feature to consider.

This is one of my top priorities at the moment. I'm working on it.

Is there a way to refresh the page on a specific post? I always click the post time so I don't lose my place in the thread, but that doesn't seem to work here.

It doesn't actually refresh the page, but it should change the URL in the address bar to that post's URL which would accomplish the same thing, no?

It changes the address bar to the post URL, but unfortunately the post URL is specific to oldest-first sorting. So a post that's on page 1 in newest-first would be near the last page using the url.
It's not all that important, though. I can just be slightly less lazy and find the post or use oldest-first sorting.
