for about three months I've been measuring it several times per day.
I'm usually between 60 and 80.
very rarely I'll get up to 100
but I'm slow to excite - I'm too busy hating and being disappointed

SO on the serious note, which is hard to do after that comment from @MomOfMaximus (because I still can't stop laughing), what is normal? I haven't been to a doctor since I was 17 with walking pneumonia and that was county hospital. I'm clueless.

it is, lower is better normally. but if you are way out of shape, eat like crap, etc, then higher is ok w/out meaning youre going to keel over from it any second.

I didn't have this problem but I did it awhile back when it was first posted. The good news is that he's responsive to email and really nice, so hopefully he'll get back to you soon about it.

Thanks thats good to know. Since you said you did it awhile ago I'm hoping it will be around after he gets back to me & we resolve the problem. I noticed that he has makeup hits for each testing wave and if a will be redirected to those. If there is a problem on his end I'll post back. Thanks again.
