Means you either have the qual preventing retakes or don't have the qual for it.

*Sorry didn't notice there were 2 different colors. Gray is a block and purple means qual block.

Do you remember what HIT it was? I suggest looking up their TO and see if the requester used a block as a means to prevent people from retaking it. Sometimes requesters who don't know better do that. If they've done it to a lot of other people, that's probably what happened. Either way, I would suggest sending an email to them and politely asking them to remove the block.

Y'know that luxury guage question in a lot of surveys that asks if your life would be better if you owned certain things you didn't have?
The things I end up thinking of are so silly. "yea, it'd be fuckign sweet if I could afford a rollator to help me out when my cane isn't good, or a bank account with more than $5 in it"

because quite frankly, I wouldn't mind not being able to access that guy's surveys
