I get multiple surveys per day in my email, I qualify for maybe half of them. After 3-4 months I cashed out $100 in amazon gift cards. They do have a paypal option as well as many other gift card options. I got a series of maybe five surveys a few months ago for testing out a new android app that ended up being $25 by themselves. So far I've had a great experience with them and my gift cards were ready within a couple days of cashing out.
