I'm still kind of new here, can you tell me, how do you address the message to someone? I just replied to one that was sent to him, but how do you do it directly? I mean, you don't click the start conversation button right? Just include the @ name like you did?

I think the start conversation button is for private messages, if that's what you want. Otherwise post like normal here. The point of putting the @ sign with the user name is so they will get a notification and see your post. Without being tagged, they might never see it.

If he's new, has no TO and it wasn't posted here, I'm not sure this will help you. It's all I got, though!

If you use MTS, there will have a contact link in the Detailed Breakdown tab of the HIT Menu.
