You have to keep things in perspective, like the others said. For example, each hit that you don't catch is a personal failure meaning you're not trying hard enough. Each minute that you don't spend stuck in front of a monitor is a minute that greatest batch in the world could drop. Focus on all the things you're missing and not on the things you catch, and you'll do great in the long run.

Well, going to the store or eating, yeah, I have postponed those. But taking a shower is not to be skipped. In fact, sometimes I feel like getting out of the chair for the second shower is a well-deserved reward for too many hits in a row. Maybe I just need to build up my stamina.
